That's right guys, we want to see your Hyperlapse creations!
If you haven't heard about it yet, Hyperlapse is the new app from the team at Instagram. The app combines some really intelligent video stabilization with time lapse techniques. It's super simple to use, and a lot of fun, and we can't wait to see what you have come up with!
If you haven't already downloaded the app, you can find it free in the App Store.
As for criteria for winning, just make it interesting, fun to watch, touching... whatever you like! We'll choose a couple of favorites to win iTunes money. The contest begins now and ends Tuesday, September 2nd at 11:59 PM PDT. Good luck!
It's also time to announce the winner of our last photo contest! As always, we had many great entries, but alas only two could win. Those winners are...

Congrats to forum members m4rkym and xmvl001 for snagging wins in our Silhouettes photo contest. Great job! We'll be contacting you shortly with your prizes!
Now on to the details of this week's photo contest...
The winners of this week's photo contest will snag a $25 iTunes gift card to use towards whatever they want in both iTunes and the App Store! Been eyeing some new photo editing apps you'd really like to get your hands on? Here's your chance to snag some of them, compliments of iMore! And just because you guys are all so awesome, we're going to pick two winners this week!
Submitted videos must have been taken with an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
You must use Hyperlapse to create your video. If you have external lens accessories such as an Olloclip or other snap-on lens, you are more than welcome to use them.
You can submit as many videos as you'd like, but remember, this is a contest, so make sure you submit your best work!
Now, before you run off to take your video, remember that it's not technical skill alone that will claim this prize. Even if you're not the best videographer (yet!), a great eye and a great subject can still get you the win.
However, a little help can never hurt, so make sure you check out our iPhone photography series for some tips.
Submitting your videos is easy. just head over to the iMore Photography Forum and post your photos to the contest thread. Don't forget to state what device you used.
That's it! Now go out and shoot!
Those itty bitty screws that hold together your watch (or possibly your smartwatch) are infinitely frustrating to grasp, position, and attach to said watch. Now imagine the precision required to make one of those screws. Seeing the process captured gives me anxiety. What if they drop it???
iFixit may never be the same again as today they have announced their acquisition by Apple. Yes, Apple. Famed for taking whatever hot new hardware leaves Cupertino and reducing it to its components, iFixit will now become part of the Apple family.
As part of the deal, Apple made a commitment to produce the most replaceable electronic devices and personal computers on the market. This is a clear win for the whole iFixit community.
Apple is working hard to make devices last long enough to be upgraded or irrelevant, making repairability an antiquated notion. iFixit will become a key player in the future of Apple device development, starting with the new Smartphone Replaceability Index.
Or, you know, it might be April 1...
Sharing a single set of earbuds is bad, but being at the mercy of another person controlling the volume when using a headphone splitter isn't great either. The folks at Wicked Audio have just solved that problem, thanks to this simple splitter that gives each listener their own volume dial.
Don't want to sing Christmas carols with Amy Poehler? Too bad! (Also, what's wrong with you? Go get some holiday spirit!) In a special holiday video for Fuse TV, Amy joins comedian Billy Eichner in an attempt to ambush New Yorkers into singing Christmas carols on the street. They even offer them a dollar if they can remember the words. Does it work? Watch below!

Man, big city livin' ain't what it used to be. What happened to the good old days when people simply broke into song when they were on skid row?
Mario Kart just might be the funnest video game in the entire world. Only the soulless can't find enjoyment in go kart racing with super fast Mushroom speed, red shells and Nintendo characters. So you can imagine the even more ridiculous levels of fun you can have if you turned Mario Kart into a real life race against your friends. That's basically what this is.
Last week, on the unveiling of Microsoft's cringe-inducing Scroogled anti-Google tchotchke campaign, we challenged you to Photoshop us something better. And wow, did you ever.
